Phénix is a 1952 by Marie-Louise Carven, depicting Womenswear, held at Palais Galliera - Musée de la Mode de la Ville de Paris.
This sketch shows a woman in a fitted red-and-black plaid outfit. She’s wearing a belted jacket with long sleeves and a matching skirt, paired with low-heeled shoes. One hand rests on her hip while the other holds a cigarette near her mouth. The loose, sketchy lines give it a quick, almost doodle-like feel. The name *Phénix* is written in the corner, but we don’t know what it means here. Check out Marie-Louise Carven to see more of her fashion-inspired art.
