This piece looks like a mix of photos and paint. Three small photos of a person in a desert—wearing a hat and light clothes—are cut out and glued onto a blue background. Tall cacti and a wavy white line (maybe sand or water) frame the photos. The bottom right corner has a white label with handwriting and a stamp. The photos show the same person in three different poses, but they’re not quite lined up. The artist added paint splashes around them, making it feel like the photos are floating. The desert setting looks dry and bright. Next, check out lithography to see how this print was made.
