This image shows a nearly blank white page with a single small red square near the center. Inside the red square is a faint, blurry shape that looks like a person or animal, barely visible. The edges of the page have thin black marks, almost like a ruler’s lines. The red square stands out sharply against the empty white space, making the hidden shape feel secret. The whole piece looks simple but is actually made by layering photocopies and stamping ink. Check out The Museum of Modern Art to see this work in person.
