About this work

This painting shows two tall, gray columns with a small boat and three tiny figures in the middle. Above them, the sky is dark with a few gold letters written in a curved script. The edges look rough, almost like the paint was scraped or brushed on fast. The gold letters at the top are stamped, not painted by hand.
