This painting shows a person sitting on a red couch, wearing glasses and a bright, patterned shirt. Behind them, a wall has a big pink shape and a dark curtain. On their lap is a small book or paper with faces drawn on it, and the couch has a colorful blanket with a bold design. The brushstrokes are loose and quick, almost like scribbles—nothing is perfectly smooth. The colors pop, especially the red couch and the yellow in the shirt.
