This painting is mostly blank—just a pale, empty sheet with a thin black border. In the center, there’s a small rectangle. Inside it, faint lines form a grid of overlapping shapes, like a wireframe of a box seen from different angles. The lines are so light they almost disappear. It’s not a drawing with ink—it’s made by pressing into the surface without adding color. That’s called *inkless intaglio*. Check out how Josef Albers made this.
