About this work

This drawing shows a messy pile of tangled lines and shapes. The lines look like they’re fighting each other—some sharp, some wobbly, all black and gray. There’s a big clump in the middle and a smaller one at the bottom, like something spilled out. Words are scribbled around it, too, but they’re hard to read. The artist used ink to make the lines look rough and urgent, almost like they’re moving. The words talk about chaos and things getting mixed up, which fits the messy drawing.
