About this work

This painting shows a grid of wavy red lines running straight up and down. Tiny black stars dot the spaces between the lines. At the very top, there’s a flat, light brown shape that looks like a shelf or a ledge. The red lines aren’t perfectly straight—they lean and curve just a little, making the whole thing feel alive.
