About this work

This black-and-white print shows a person holding a long pole with a hook at the end. In the background, smaller figures climb a tall structure made of metal bars. The person’s face is blurred, and the scene looks like it’s happening at night. The artist used a printing method called linoleum cut, where ink is pressed into carved lines. The small figures in the background are stacked like layers, giving the whole scene a crowded, busy feel. Check out Swoon to see more of their work with similar styles.
