Untitled is a 1997 acrylic by Chéri Samba, a Contemporary Abstract work, held at Museum of Modern Art.
This painting is packed with bright colors and lots of small scenes. In the center, a man in glasses sits holding a book, wearing a white jacket with red trim. Around him, there are tiny pictures of people, houses, and airplanes. Some figures dance or pose near buildings, and the background has a mix of blue sky and red earth. The text at the bottom says *"L’espoir fait vivre"* (hope makes you live). The artist used real photos, sequins, and glue to make parts of the image sparkle.
