This print is all black, white, and gray shapes. A big dark oval sits in the middle, with a vertical stripe of tiny lines running through it. Around it are three soft, cloud-like forms—two on the sides and one below—that look like they’re floating. The edges are thick and bold, framing the whole thing like a picture inside a picture. The tiny lines in the stripe are made by a method that scratches into metal plates. This lets ink fill the grooves, creating texture when printed. Look up etching, drypoint, aquatint to see how these techniques work.
