About this work

This drawing shows three strange, tall figures standing side by side. The one on the left looks like a caterpillar or a segmented creature with a flat head. The other two are made of stacked sticks or logs, with round shapes on top that could be heads or bundles. The background is a light blue wash, and the whole thing is framed by a red border with scribbled text around the edges. The text around the frame is in French and seems to name the figures, but it’s hard to read. The artist used colored pencil and ballpoint pen to make the lines and shapes.
