Untitled is a 1963 ink by Horst Egon Kalinowski, held at Museum of Modern Art.
This image shows a black background with two white, jagged shapes. One looks like a tall, narrow column packed with sharp lines. The other is a round form with a face inside, connected by a red line that curves like a hose. The bottom edge has a thin red stripe, and the artist’s name is signed in the corner. The face inside the round shape is almost hidden by the chaotic lines, making it hard to tell what it’s supposed to be. The mix of black, white, and red creates a stark, busy look.
