This black-and-white print shows sharp, angular buildings stacked high like blocks. The shapes are clean and geometric, with straight lines and flat surfaces. A set of stairs leads up to the center structure, and the sky above looks stormy with thick, swirling clouds. The artist used a technique called cross-hatching—lots of crisscrossed lines—to create shadows and depth. It makes the buildings look solid and heavy.
