This painting shows a group of people working with a large cow in an open field. The sky is bright with soft clouds, and the land behind them has rolling hills. Some folks are sitting on the ground, while others stand or kneel, holding tools or bags. The colors are warm—whites, browns, and earthy greens—with a few pops of red and blue.
