About this work

This drawing shows a strange object with a Pepsi logo and what looks like a sex toy. It's interesting because Jim Shaw said he was drawing a "Pepsi sex float", which is a weird combination of things. He was experimenting with different ideas and this is one result. You can learn more about similar drawings by looking at the technique of cross-hatching.
