Untitled is a 1949 ink by Joan Miró, held at Museum of Modern Art.
This painting is full of bold, simple shapes and bright colors. You see a tall black figure with a blue rectangle for a head, surrounded by swirling lines and dots. There’s a big red circle, a yellow teardrop, and a green triangle floating nearby. The background is a light blue-gray, and everything looks like it’s dancing. The artist used a printing method called screenprinting, which lets colors pop sharply. The lines are loose and playful, almost like doodles.
