Untitled is a 2001 by Nomathemba Tana, held at Museum of Modern Art.
This print shows a simple black-and-white scene. A small face with big eyes sits inside a shield-shaped shape. The shield has six white hands carved into it. Wavy lines fill the background, like water or wind. The artist used a tool to carve into linoleum, then pressed ink into the grooves. This method is called a linoleum cut.
