Untitled is a 1962 ink by Riko Debenjak, held at Museum of Modern Art.
This painting shows a dark, rough shape with a yellowish-brown center. Inside, there’s a thin red line running down the middle, and small bits of metal or wire stick out like tiny spikes. The edges look uneven, almost torn, and the whole thing sits against a dark background with a white border. The metal pieces are arranged in a way that looks deliberate but also a little chaotic. The colors are mostly muted, except for the bright red line that stands out. If you like this style, check out The Museum of Modern Art for more works like this.
