This painting shows soft, wavy lines of blue and green blending into a pale sky. The colors fade into each other—no sharp edges—like water meeting clouds. A thin strip of yellow and pink runs along the bottom, maybe land or a horizon. The brushstrokes look loose, almost like they were made quickly. The artist used a printmaking method where ink is rolled onto a flat stone before pressing it onto paper. If you like this style, look up lithography next to see how it works.
