About this work

This drawing shows a big circle made of two thick lines—one red, one black—with thinner lines crossing through it. Outside the circle, lots of light gray lines crisscross in all directions, like a web. The paper is light beige, and the ink looks slightly faded. The lines inside the circle overlap the red and black ones, creating a sense of depth. The artist signed it in the corner with a tiny mark. If you like this style, check out Aleksandr Rodchenko.
