Untitled is a 1972 ink by Arthur Köpcke, held at Museum of Modern Art.
This black-and-white image shows a simple room with tall, thin windows letting in light. Inside, there’s a small table with a few objects—a lamp with a star-shaped shade, a stack of books, and a radio. The walls are plain, and the floor has a patterned rug. Outside the windows, you can see trees and a streetlamp. The artist used a mix of printmaking methods, including screenprinting with glitter in some parts. The rough texture and bold lines give it a slightly gritty look. Check out Arthur Köpcke to see more of his work.
