Untitled is a 1970 ink by Emma Amos, held at Museum of Modern Art.
This print shows four nude figures against bold colors. The top left figure is a pale, blurred child sitting on a chair. Next to it, a red-and-black panel hides part of the scene. Below, a blonde woman sits on a green cushion. To the right, a dark-skinned woman stands on a blue base, her body outlined in rough lines and bright red background. The figures look flat and cut-out, almost like paper. The artist used printing techniques to layer colors and shapes. Look up etching to see how this process works.
