Untitled is a 1964 ink by Hervé Télémaque, held at Museum of Modern Art.
This print shows two bold shapes side by side. On the left, a pink square holds a pair of green eyes, a yellow box, and a small picture of white underwear on a green background with a textured yellow field. On the right, a solid green figure stands with its arms crossed, facing left. The green figure’s flat, shadowy form stands out against the busy left side. The eyes look straight ahead, almost like they’re watching you. Want to see more prints like this? Check out lithography.
