About this work

This watercolor shows a tiny island with a single palm tree, a pink pig digging in the dirt, and a few rocks. The sky glows with soft yellow and blue, while the water around the island is calm. A small fish swims nearby, and a dark shape—maybe a shark—hides below the surface. The pig looks out of place in this tropical scene, as if it wandered off course.
