This painting looks messy but controlled. Black, white, and gray lines crisscross the whole canvas. Some areas have splatters of color—red, blue, yellow—scattered in. The paint is thick in spots, almost like it was flung or dripped on. The artist didn’t try to make it look like anything real. Instead, the lines and colors create a kind of energy. It’s all over the canvas, but it still feels balanced. If you like this style, check out Jackson Pollock.
