About this work

This looks like a circle of yellowish paper with tiny dots on half of it. The other half is a darker brown color. Thin, light brown threads hang down from the top, like strings. The paper itself looks rough and uneven, almost like it was torn or aged. The dots are arranged in a pattern, but it’s hard to tell what they’re supposed to be.
