This painting is mostly blue and white with sharp black lines. A big circle sits in the middle, split by a diagonal slash of dark blue. The top half has faint, wavy lines, while the bottom is a solid blue band. On the right side, a messy blob of ink splatters like it was dropped there. The artist used a mix of printing methods to layer these effects. The ink looks like it was applied by hand, then pressed into the plate. Look up etching to see how artists use acid and needles to carve into metal.
