About this work

This collage sticks four black-and-white images onto light paper. Top left is a biplane in flight. Top right shows a crashed plane in water. Bottom left has two people with their faces cut out. Bottom right is a moon with letters around it. The artist pasted photos and drew over them. The handwriting says "Base cm. 17 - clichés Retini e Truffi." Look up gouache to see how this paint works.
