This painting shows wavy green lines against a black background. The colors are mostly dark, but the green has a slight glow. The lines look like they’re moving, but they’re just shapes stacked on top of each other. The artist used a printing method called mezzotint, which creates texture with tiny scratches. This makes the green lines look almost three-dimensional. Look up Yozo Hamaguchi to see more of his work.
