About this work

This painting is a wild mix of colors and shapes. Big blocks of red, blue, green, and pink clash with black lines that look like they’re scribbled fast. Some areas are thick and textured, while others feel flat. Faces and bodies peek out from the chaos, but they’re hard to make out. The artist used oil paint, which lets colors sit thick on the canvas. That’s why some spots look almost 3D. Check out Zak Prekop’s other work next.
