Ida Schiøttz-Jensen was a Danish painter who lived from 1860 to 1933 within the Kingdom of Denmark. Her artistic development was shaped by formal study under three notable figures of the era. She trained with Vilhelm Kyhn, who provided early guidance in her practice. Later, she continued her education under Peder Severin Krøyer, a central figure in Danish art. Her final documented mentor was Laurits Tuxen, under whom she further refined her skills. These studies formed the foundation of her career as a painter during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
