Where we ship
Paper and framed prints are produced and shipped from the United States. Canvas prints are made and shipped from our partner's UK studio, so they always travel as an international shipment — even to a US address — and carry the longer cross-border transit times noted below.
Shipping within the United States is free, with no minimum order — the cost of delivery is absorbed into the print price, never added at checkout.
We ship worldwide for a single flat international rate, shown at checkout before you pay. You choose your destination in the cart; the rate is the same flat fee to every country we serve.
We do not ship to the EU or UK. Orders with EU or UK addresses cannot be placed at checkout.
Duties & import taxes
International orders may incur import duties or taxes on delivery, collected by the carrier (most notably Canada).
We ship delivered-duty-unpaid (DDU): the flat rate covers carriage, not any destination-country duty or tax. Those, where they apply, are billed by the carrier on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility.
Timelines
Prints are produced to order by our fine-art fulfilment partner, Prodigi — typically 2–5 business days in production, then 3–7 business days in US transit.
US orders: about 2–5 business days in production, then 3–7 in transit.
International orders: about 2–5 business days in production, then 7–20 in transit.
Canvas prints ship from our UK studio: about 2–5 business days in production, then 7–20 in transit worldwide (including the US).
International transit varies by destination; exact carrier estimates appear once your order ships. You will receive a tracking number by email when it dispatches.
Packaging
Prints ship flat in rigid, board-backed packaging to prevent bending.
Arrived damaged?
Every print is made to order, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged or defective, report it within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund it — nothing to ship back.
