Justus van Huysum II was a painter active in the Dutch Republic during the late seventeenth and early eighteenth centuries. Born in 1685, he lived until 1707, a period that defines his documented presence in art history. He was the child of the artist Justus van Huysum and grew up in a family deeply engaged with painting. His siblings included the artists Jacob van Huysum and Jan van Huysum, placing him within a notable lineage of Northern Netherlands creators.
