G. Luret is an artist. 1 work is cataloged here, principally at Victoria and Albert Museum.

Printmaker G. Luret worked in late-18th-century France, leaving behind crisp line engravings of elegant figures and everyday scenes. One of their prints in this set shows a woman reading by candlelight titled H Beard Print Collection, its careful cross-hatching catching the soft glow of the flame. Luret’s work belongs to the same printmaking tradition that flourished in Paris workshops where copper plates were inked and pressed by hand.
