Horace Lecoq de Boisbaudran was a France artist.

Horace Lecoq de Boisbaudran was a French artist and teacher who lived from 1802 to 1897. He worked as a painter and draftsperson during his career. His artistic training included study under Jean-François Pierre Peyron and Guillaume Guillon-Lethière. Later, he became an influential instructor for a generation of notable painters. Among his students were Léon Augustin Lhermitte, Jean Charles Cazin, Auguste Rodin, and Henri Fantin-Latour. His role as an educator left a significant mark on the French art community of the nineteenth century.
