Stephanie Grob’s untitled paintings show a quiet focus within the loose tradition of mid-20th-century European abstract work. Two pieces in this set, both simply called Malerei, Ohne Titel, layer muted greens and ochres into loose, rhythmic shapes that sit just this side of hard-edge geometry. The lack of a given title keeps the eye on the paint itself: the way edges blur or snap, the small shifts in hue that keep the surface alive.
