Granville spent his evenings in a Paris print shop, inking copper plates late into the night while everyone else slept. He left no signature, just a smudged thumbprint on the corner of each sheet, but collectors still sought his work for its bold lines and dry humor. Find his untitled prints stacked in boxes at the Musée Carnavalet, where the curators keep them in a manila folder labeled “Anonymous.”
