Carla Colsmann Mohr was a Danish painter active during the twentieth century, living from 1887 to 1974. Her artistic formation included studies under the artists Sigurd Wandel and Viggo Johansen, grounding her practice in the traditions of her time. Later in her career, she assumed the role of instructor, passing her knowledge to the artist Elisa Maria Boglino. Throughout her life, she remained a citizen of the Kingdom of Denmark, contributing to the nation's visual culture through her work as a painter. Her legacy endures through the students she taught and the body of work she created during her lifetime.
