René Fache was a France artist.

René Fache was a French sculptor and art teacher active during the nineteenth century. Born in 1816 and passing in 1891, he pursued a dual career in education and sculpture. His artistic formation included study under the renowned artist Pierre Jean David d'Angers, an experience that shaped his approach to the medium. Later in his career, Fache assumed the role of instructor, where he guided the development of Jean-Baptiste Carpeaux. Through these relationships, he contributed to the French artistic community as both a creator and an educator, leaving a documented legacy within the field of sculpture.
