Raymond Bonheur

Raymond Bonheur was a French painter and head teacher who lived from 1796 to 1849. His professional life centered on the creation of art and the instruction of others within the field. He is perhaps best known for his role as the parent and teacher of the artist Rosa Bonheur, guiding her early development. He was also the parent of the artist Auguste Bonheur.
