Georgia Skovgaard was a Danish artist and embroiderer who lived from 1828 to 1868 within the Kingdom of Denmark. Her life was closely intertwined with the artistic community through her marriage to the artist P. C. Skovgaard. She is also recognized as the mother of three artists: Joakim Skovgaard, Niels Skovgaard, and Suzette Holten. Her documented occupations include work as both an artist and an embroiderer.
