Christian Hetsch was a Kingdom of Denmark artist.

Christian Hetsch was a Danish painter who lived from 1830 to 1903 in the Kingdom of Denmark. He worked as a teacher, architect, artist, and painter during his lifetime. His artistic training included study under the artist Christoffer Wilhelm Eckersberg. Later in his career, he passed his knowledge to future generations by teaching the artists Kristian Zahrtmann and August Jerndorff. His life and work reflect the professional roles he held within the Danish art community of the nineteenth century.
