Ambrosius Brueghel

Ambrosius Brueghel was a Flemish painter active during the seventeenth century, born in 1617 and passing in 1675. He emerged from a distinguished artistic lineage within the Habsburg Netherlands, being the child of the renowned artist Jan Brueghel the Elder. His family connections extended to his sibling, Jan Brueghel the Younger, who also pursued a career in painting.
