Ida Matton

Ida Matton was a Swedish artist and sculptor who lived from 1863 to 1940. Her professional development included formal training under the artist Antonin Mercié. She also studied under the artist Henri-Michel-Antoine Chapu. These educational experiences formed the foundation of her practice in sculpture.
