Joris van Bredael was a Habsburg Netherlands artist.

Joris van Bredael was a Flemish painter active in the Habsburg Netherlands during the late seventeenth century. Born in 1661, he lived until 1706 and worked within a distinguished family of artists. He was the child of the painter Peeter van Bredael and continued the family tradition by training his own sons, Jan Pieter van Bredael and Joseph van Bredael, who also became painters. His career spanned the final decades of the 1600s, placing him at the center of a significant artistic lineage in the region.
