Barbara van den Broeck

Barbara van den Broeck was an engraver active in the Southern Netherlands during the late sixteenth century. Born in 1558 and passing in 1590, she emerged from a prominent artistic family as the child of the artist Chrispijn van den Broeck. Her professional development was shaped by her studies under Adriaen Collaert, a significant figure in the printmaking community of the time.
