Tamara Voltz

Tamara Voltz is an artist. 1 work is cataloged here, principally at Archaeology and Museum Baselland.

Tamara Voltz painted scenes of Berlin at the turn of the 20th century. She shows the city’s industrial edge in Malerei, Spandauer Bock, Berlin (1903–06), where factories and bridges crowd the frame. Her brushwork captures the grit and scale of Spandau’s docks along the Havel River. Walk into the same view today, you’ll still recognize the waterfront’s stubborn mix of brick and iron.
