Untitled
1967
ink
From the collection of Museum of Modern Art
Untitled is a 1967 ink by Unknown, held at Museum of Modern Art.
This image shows a sheet of stickers with bright red and blue cartoon shapes. There’s a heart, a flower, a kiss, a star, eyes, lips, a ladybug, a worm, a flower with a face, and a butterfly. The colors pop against a plain beige background. The stickers look like they’re meant to be cut out and stuck somewhere. The text at the bottom says “Bandit 201” and “© 1967 by Implosions, Inc.” If you like playful, simple designs, check out lithography next.
