This drawing shows six fancy chandeliers. They’re all made of swirly metal shapes—like vines and flowers turned into lights. Some have birds perched on them. The lines are sharp and detailed, almost like lace. These designs were used to decorate rich people’s homes in the 1500s. The artist drew them as patterns for metalworkers to copy.
